Terms & Shipping

Scope

These notes apply to orders of original artworks submitted via the contact and order form on this website.

Order & Contract

The presentation of artworks in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to submit an enquiry.

By sending the form, you submit an enquiry for the selected work. A contract is only concluded once the order has been confirmed in writing.

Prices & Payment

  • All listed prices include statutory VAT.

  • Payment is made by invoice.

  • Shipping takes place a few days after payment has been received.

Shipping

  • Collection in person or shipping is possible.

  • Flat shipping rate within Germany up to a canvas size of 50 cm: 15 Euro. EU: 25 Euro.

  • From 60 cm canvas size, bulky goods shipping applies. Germany: 50 Euro. EU: 85 Euro.

  • If freight forwarding becomes necessary, the shipping method will be coordinated personally in advance.

  • International shipping is available on request. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees must be borne by the recipient.

Returns & Transport Damage

Please inspect your artwork immediately after delivery. If transport damage or any other issue is discovered, please get in touch by email right away so we can find a solution together.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

I kindly ask you to contact me prior to returning any artwork in order to coordinate the return process.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after receiving the returned artwork.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please ensure that the artwork is packaged carefully and securely for transport. You are responsible for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
